Process? 
We begin with an initial, free telephone consultation to gather basic information and get a better understanding of your professional background, career, goals, education and strengths in order to create a strategy for your resume. The initial consultation normally takes a half hour.
During the initial consultation, we will be able to define the project and provide a flat rate quote for the resume and any additional documents and services you require of which you can accept or decline at that time.

Should you decide to move forward with the process, we will need to gather much more detailed information concerning responsibilities, position specifications, accomplishments and successes.

Once we have all of the information, we will design, write and edit the documents and provide you a proof copy via email in a few days.

You and your writer will have a set time to speak and collaborate on any changes, questions, feedback or concerns you have on the documents in order to ensure you are completely comfortable with the document, which is representing you. 

Following the proof session, we will provide you with PDF and MS Word files.

Updates in the Future?
We offer lifetime resume and job search collateral updating at a reduced hourly fee so we can continue to support your goals throughout your career. 

We strongly recommend keeping all resume and LinkedIn profile information current at all times, as you never know when a lead for new position may come. 

So when you have a new position, skill or data point to add to the resume, or if you are looking to adjust your career path, we can work with you to gather the new information, determine if the resume branding strategy is still aligned to your goals and get your materials updated quickly, at a reduced rate. 

Job Search Support?
We understand the job search process is complicated and can be overwhelming.  We will work with you to not only provide the best materials for the search, but provide you with resources, information, strategies and guidance to ensure your success. We will help you throughout the job search process with information and resources to conduct a time-efficient search, while securing more interviews and interviewing effectively. 

Former Resumes or Resumes from other Service Providers?
We provide a customized service that is specific for your needs: if you have a resume that is not producing the results you expected whether be created by you or another resume service, we can still provide a free consultation to go over the document and uncover any issues and determine the opportunities. 

Client’s needs vary from complete re-writes to editing to basic formatting and syntax issues: we provide customized needs analysis and support to get you to the level your career deserves. 

International Documents & Language Translation?
We have developed resumes and CVs for professionals to market their skills effectively in various countries throughout North America, Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa.  We offer a flexible schedule and VOIP teleconferences to ensure our international clients receive the same exceptional service as our domestic clients. 

Should you need your resume translated into another language, ARCOMMS has trusted providers available to translate your CV from English to any language or any language to English. 

Turnaround?
As a customized service provider and dedicated partner to your success, we will meet your needs for your time frame.  Whether you needs are same day or next day, we will create a plan to ensure your needs are met.  The normal turnaround time is a few days to gather the information we need and write and edit the documents, of which will all be agreed to prior to initiation.

Payment?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and require only a deposit to begin the process and the balance once you are completely satisfied with the documents and the process.
